Since 2009 the practice has been the working partner of the Waltermart group, designing close to forty community malls across Luzon: Makiling (2010), Sucat (2011), Trece Martires (2012), Bicutan (2013), Cabanatuan (2014), Bel-Air Santa Rosa (2015), Nasugbu and Talavera (2017), Paniqui (2018), Capas, Malolos and Candelaria (2020), Antipolo, Bacoor, Quirino and Caloocan (2021), San Pascual, and more in design.
